  • Whether you have an established brand or don’t even have a logo yet, I can help. These are key pieces to the puzzle that are vital to establishing a strong online presence. This work includes visual identity like color palette and fonts, positioning (how do you stand apart?), messaging (what do you need to convey to your customers or clients and how do you do it?), and more.

  • Need a marketing plan as you get ready to launch your first product? Already established but not sure what your latest marketing strategy should look like? No worries, strategy is my bread and butter. Content strategy includes a birds-eye-view of your “owned media” channels, the content on them, and how that all interacts ensuring they’re optimized, streamlined, and effective.

  • These days everyone needs a website, and you also need that website to show up when people are searching for it. And what you really want is to show up for searches that are related to your business and what you do. I can help with keyword research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content strategy.

  • Though not a developer, I’m well versed in content management systems (CMS), web strategy including information architecture (IA) and user experience (UX) best practices, and web content management. If you need or already have a low-code website—think Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, etc—organic web content is one of my main areas of expertise.

  • Contrary to some beliefs, email is not dead. In fact, its importance is growing as privacy laws change and social media algorithms constantly shift. I can help with your overall email strategy, technical assistance with account set-up, email development, and analyzing email performance to guide future decision-making.

  • Social is a constantly-moving target and a frequent headache for any business owner. Me included! But I can help make things easier with strategy and infrastructure—channel strategy (which channels should be on and why?), content pillars, content calendar, and ideas and inspiration.

  • I can also help you get organized behind the scenes with templates, checklists, processes, etc, so that whatever we work on together, or whatever you already have going on, can be easily managed. I can also help set things up like Customer Support and CRM platforms, digital forms, and a lot more. Just ask!
